WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT!!

In 2020, I had a few different podcasts I hosted and co-hosted, but none of them exist anymore. I missed podcasting so much, that I started another one that I named “Knight & Daze” as a play on my last name “Knight”.

I have since gotten (re)married and with that comes a name change! I have rebranded everything across the board to reflect this rebranding, now called “Feel Freda Talk”. Although I have rebranded, all of my previous work can be found on this page, as well as on my social media accounts. I will not be deleting any content I previously created, I will just be adding new content under a different brand.

The Knight & Daze podcast was a platform in which I uncovered more about my life, my journey, and my quest to help others as I discussed my illnesses, my health, my thoughts, and everything else in between. Essentially, this podcast fell under the umbrella of “health” and what that looks like for me. Moving forward, I will still incorporate health into my episodes, but my outlook on health has changed a bit over the last few months.

I’m excited to continue my journey with you all, as well as reflect back on the last year and really get into the changes I have made.

Thank you all so much for coming along on this journey with me. I’m excited to continue hosting my podcast and I have set goals I’m looking forward to achieving.

Talk soon, xoxo.

Episode 3:

In this episode, I talk about the importance of manifestation, law of attraction, and vision boards, and how they can lead to growth and personal development.

If you are new to all of this, I’ve included some resources to take a look at if you’re interested in creating a vision board! Everyone creates vision boards basically the same way, with little differences here and there, but the end result is always the same: a visual representation of the things you want. Have fun!

Episode 4:

***Warning: This topic is one that could be triggering for some, as I talk about a special kind of loss and how it has affected me for years. This journey I’m about to take with you is an intimate one, as well as a spiritual one, but I’m finally ready to talk about it openly because I feel I’m far enough through the healing process that I’m able to share this with you. If you or a loved one is struggling with loss, please reach out to a licensed professional, as I am not licensed nor certified.

Episode 5:

Join me this week as I have my very first guest appearance!

Vin Freda joins me this week to talk about living alcohol free for an entire year and about his life with Cystic Fibrosis (CF).

For those of you that don’t know, CF is a genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system due to the overproduction of thicker and stickier mucus that makes it difficult to breathe properly and produce enzymes in the pancreas that aid in digestion.

The movie I mention in this episode is called Five Feet Apart and can be a depiction of what life with CF looks like for some people. Fortunately, both Vin and his brother have not experienced CF as bad as it is seen in this film, but they still have to follow certain routines and take certain medications to keep it under control.

Episode 6:

Join me this week as I begin discussing my mental health journey in part one of this two part episode.

I focus a lot on anxiety in this episode, as well as events in my life that have contributed to my anxiety, and the things I did to control and/or prevent myself from experiencing anxiety attacks.

Tune in next week as I further discuss anxiety and how your consumption of everyday things can lead to anxiety, AND what you can do to help yourself.
