Hey y’all! A little background about me: I’m a wife, older sister to two younger brothers, a podcast host, and a medical industry speaker bureau professional. I love what I do and I love my life; I feel like I’m living my dream life and I’m here for it!

I’ve always struggled with making the time to stay consistent in this blog and in my podcast. Once I wrapped Knight & Daze, I felt a little lost. So much had changed around that time and I also felt like I ran out things to talk about.

I’ve been working on healing all parts of myself lately and I’m excited to share more about that experience, but for now, I’ll just have to leave you guessing 😉
