Hi everyone!
As I get ready to launch season 2 of Feel Freda Talk, I wanted to take a moment to talk about the different seasons of my podcast correlating to the different seasons of my life.
Season 1 of my podcast journey was with Knight & Daze. I wanted to focus on everything health and wellness. I needed those episodes probably more than any of my listeners did. I was in a season of my life where I felt a little lost, a little off, even a little ill.
My second go at podcasting was season 1 of Feel Freda Talk. It was a rebrand for me because I had just gotten married and started my new life with my husband in a new city. I was hopeful that season 1 of Feel Freda Talk would be my best one yet, but I was only able to release a single episode.
That episode was a huge cornerstone for me. It changed my view of things. It helped me connect to more people. It made me realize how important it is to be open, honest, and vulnerable.
It was the most difficult episode I’d ever released.
It was the heaviest episode I’d ever released.
And because of that, I had a hard time releasing anything else afterwards.
But I’m coming back into the podcasting world with a new season; both in my podcast and in my life. And I’ll hope you’ll join me for the ride!
Season 2 is my soft season. It’s the season I’ll really lean into slowing down, sharing more, and getting to know myself in real time along with those that are listening.
It’ll bring more openness, more honesty, and more vulnerability, but I can’t wait to share with you all.
Season 2 of Feel Freda Talk will be releasing in a few days. I hope you’ll join me 💖
