September Reflection (We Used to Live Here)

Hi readers!

I can’t believe it’s the end of September already!

This month’s book, We Used to Live Here by Marcus Kliewer was definitely a great pick by the members of Feel Freda Read.

This book for me is a 4.8/5. I was holding my breath, my heart was racing, my thoughts were going a million miles a minute, and my confusion was real. I couldn’t put this book down, finishing it in about 24 hours. Not sure how much time was spent actually reading, but I picked it up on day 1 and read through the first 2 milestones, then picked it up again day 2 and finished the book.

To those that aren’t huge reading fans, this would probably be a good book to get your feet wet with. It’s one of those books that hooks you and I think when you’re trying to get into reading, being interested and holding interest in what you’re reading is a huge part of it.

This book will keep you interested, for sure. So many twists and turns and unexpected events and a plot twist at the end (at least, I felt like it was a plot twist).

October’s book is The Housekeepers by Alex Hay.

As always, you can read along with Feel Freda Read on Fable, Goodreads, or Bookclubs.
