**spoiler alert!** Hi readers!
This next milestone has got me shaking in my boots…
The thing that really got me was the basement and the knocking and it not being who she thought it was!
I’m worried for Charlie, VERY worried for Eve, and I’m ready for this family to GTFO!!
I’m also highly suspicious of every single person Eve comes into contact now because things seem way off. It’s giving me the vibe that maybe what happened to “Alison” is now happening to her and I don’t like it one bit.
I’m finding that as I move through the pages of these chapters, I don’t want to stop reading. It’s keeping me engaged and on the edge of my seat the entire time, which is SUPER important.
I’m also finding the need to remind myself to breathe LOL I also have anxiety so I relate to Eve very much so, but this is something I don’t remember ever feeling while reading a book before.
If you know someone that doesn’t love to read, but likes the idea of thrillers/horrors, THIS BOOK should be the recommendation for them to get into it. My husband HATES reading, but I truly think he would like this book.
