Welcome to Feel Freda Read! I’m so happy to have you 🙂

The August bookclub pick is Death Valley by Melissa Broder and we have our kickoff scheduled for August 1st. What this means is simply that we’ll all start reading the book on our own time, and throughout the month, we’ll have certain milestones.

Those milestones are weekly and all you’ll have to do is read the chapters according to the milestones schedule. For a recap of that schedule, I’ll post again below. I’m going to be posting on this blog following along with those milestones, and I’ll also be posting to the bookclub pages on Fable, Goodreads, and Bookclubs.com.

Whichever platform you follow along with, I’m hoping to be as similar as possible across all of them. I will be asking discussion questions with each chapter milestone, as well as with our reflection milestone. See below for our schedule!

Schedule:

• August 1st – kickoff
• August 7th – read to the end of chapter 14
• August 13th – read to the end of chapter 29
• August 19th – read to the end of chapter 44
• August 25th – read to the end of chapter 59
• August 28th – reflection
• August 30th/31st – September book pick
