I know, sounds very vague, right? BUT it’s because each morning I do it a little bit different. As of right now, I’m only eating 1 egg, but I hope to work my way up to 2 eggs in the mornings.
I also am very particular about my toast, but lately I’ve been on a swirl bread kick, so that’s been my go-to.
When it comes to fruit, really whatever’s in season and whatever you have generally works.


Pictured above is my 1 egg (these are from Trader Joe’s), the fruit of the day (strawberries and peaches), and Pepperidge Farm French Toast swirl bread. I top the bread with a serving of coconut oil (instead of butter) and some jam. This jam came from Costco and it’s apricot flavored. I also like to put the egg on top of the bread and eat it like an open faced sandwich!
Looking at these pictures is making my mouth water LOL
