I know I got a lot of feedback about you wanting me to post more recipes, so here is one of my favorites and it’s super easy!
- 8 oz creamed corn
- 8 oz canned corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350oF.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until combined. I usually just use a spatula to mix them because I don’t want the corn pieces to be damaged by an electric mixer.
- Bake in a 13×9 pan, or in whatever size you’d like, and bake for about 45 minutes, depending on the size of the pan you use. Enjoy!
