- English muffin, toasted
- fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup, or more, ricotta
- 1 tbsp, or more, brown sugar
- Toast English muffin to preference. I like mine extra crispy!
- Slice strawberries in half. I like to slice mine into quarters sometimes, depending on the size of them.
- Mix the ricotta with the brown sugar. Sometimes I skip this part because I don’t want to dirty a bowl. I’ll just spread the ricotta on the English muffin and put sprinkles of brown sugar right on top. However you wish to do this step, you can!
- If you choose to mix them in a bowl, spread the mixture on the English muffin.
- Add fresh strawberries to top it off. Enjoy!
