Ricotta English Muffin with Fresh Strawberries

  • English muffin, toasted
  • fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup, or more, ricotta
  • 1 tbsp, or more, brown sugar
  1. Toast English muffin to preference. I like mine extra crispy!
  2. Slice strawberries in half. I like to slice mine into quarters sometimes, depending on the size of them.
  3. Mix the ricotta with the brown sugar. Sometimes I skip this part because I don’t want to dirty a bowl. I’ll just spread the ricotta on the English muffin and put sprinkles of brown sugar right on top. However you wish to do this step, you can!
  4. If you choose to mix them in a bowl, spread the mixture on the English muffin.
  5. Add fresh strawberries to top it off. Enjoy!
