Buffalo Cauliflower

  • 1 cauliflower head
  • Primal Kitchen vegan buffalo sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, or to taste
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • pink Himalayan salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 400o F.
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces and rinse with water. Dry as much as possible.
  3. Put cauliflower in bowl with olive oil. Coat cauliflower entirely with olive oil.
  4. Combine in separate bowl: flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Mix together well.
  5. Pour dry ingredient mixture into bowl with cauliflower and coat thoroughly.
  6. Bake cauliflower for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, coat with buffalo sauce. Bake again for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Optional: serve with your favorite dipping sauce and fresh scallions on top! Enjoy!
