- 1 cauliflower head
- Primal Kitchen vegan buffalo sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder, or to taste
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
- pink Himalayan salt and black pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400o F.
- Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces and rinse with water. Dry as much as possible.
- Put cauliflower in bowl with olive oil. Coat cauliflower entirely with olive oil.
- Combine in separate bowl: flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Mix together well.
- Pour dry ingredient mixture into bowl with cauliflower and coat thoroughly.
- Bake cauliflower for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, coat with buffalo sauce. Bake again for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Optional: serve with your favorite dipping sauce and fresh scallions on top! Enjoy!
